Norman Boulton is a multi award-winning vivid colour specialist, international educator and freelance stylist known for high-impact transformations with healthy, polished results.
Starting his career at 15 in London’s West End, he has used Crazy Color since his teens and became an ambassador in 2022. Norman is renowned for complex, multi-layered vivid work, meticulous sections, precise technique and perfect finishes.

In 2024, he launched his own education company and now works from Glitterdoll Hair in London, teaching across the UK, Europe and the US with friend and collaborator Connor Stansfield. It has the perfect conditioner consistency which is really handy for when blending colours out into an softer version. I love adding different ratios of neutral to any intense shade to get a softer result.
